Spring

Sunny days at spring is not a given thing, but we’ve been lucky, and I have been able to watch and enjoy all the new arrivals from a good spot, while sitting on an old garden bench. I was not the only one who had a good time at the bench, the woodpecker had too.

Spring cleaning

It is spring, and all the dried things from last fall, which is to be found here and there in boxes, bowls, closets, and pockets, are on their way to a drawer, or some place similar. Perhaps they silently disappear to join the ecosystem.

Winter aconite

The first small flowers to see, as winter slowly comes to an end, is the Danish variant of Winter Aconite, Eranthis hyemalis

“Forget me not”

Forglem mig ej / forget me not. Such a tiny and sweet little flower, with a strong and heartfelt request.

A heart for Isa
