Caramel in Cellophane
…only the cellophane is left, but it does a good job, brightening up everything. We used to play with these papers as kids, feels like centuries before now days overload of modern camera filters. So much fun with just a little piece of cellophane back then. Luckily only time has changed, the cellophane has not.
The low light fight
The low light fight has begun.
It definitely is autumn, low tempetature, falling leaves and decreasing daylight, all signs that can´t be misunderstood. On the other hand, September was almost warmer than summer, and the warmest September Denmark have ever had. (The average of the highest daytime temperatures have never been higher).Buttom line is, that the weather is unpredictable and cant be trusted anymore as calender.
Luckily there is another reliable sign which can be used instead – perhaps a bit too eager but never mind -, that is the Christmas candy sale. Let the fight begin.

Spring cleaning
It is spring, and all the dried things from last fall, which is to be found here and there in boxes, bowls, closets, and pockets, are on their way to a drawer, or some place similar. Perhaps they silently disappear to join the ecosystem.
Winter aconite
Winter aconite, once again.
It appears that this flower has received a medal, the ” Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit”. I´m proud to host a big bunch of them. I wonder how they reacted when they found out about it. I will not wonder about what they did with the medal. Absolutely not. Or if it was big or small. Small one seems more likely.
