    Gorgeous decorations ! Are they what we call “spices’ bread” ?

      I am not sure about spices bread, it might be the same, we call them”honey cake houses” – gingerbread. They are made for decoration, I think they are too hard to eat without danger of damaging teeth. But of course, that problem have been solved before, one could dip it in coffee first… 🙂
