Preparing almonds for the Christmas dessert “Ris a la mande” (rice boiled in milk).
If your recipe is as good as your picture looks beautiful… then it must be a delicious moment to sit with you around your table 😉
I suddenly saw how interesting the bowl with almonds looked as it was in the steel sink, so making the “ris a la mande” was with some distractions. But, the most important thing about this dessert is to find the secret almond, so the taste comes in a second place. 😉
