Stunning! The ‘snow’ looks more like hailstones though – is this really what your snow looks like at the moment? Brrr….

This is actually hail, and the photo was taken some weeks ago. The weather is – at the moment – very mild according to what it use to be in December, about 6-8 degrees. December 13 was the second warmest of all Decembers ever observed, I don´t think this is a good thing, though we of course doesn´t like to freeze.

That is interesting to hear, Giiid. I thought that the USA and the UK and Ireland were experiencing extremely cold winter weather… so Denmark is ‘relatively’ mild? It still looks very cold to me… brrrr….

USA yes, but I haven´t heard that UK and Ireland are expecting very cold weather, at least not the next 14 days which is all I can see at the internet. But they really do have cold weather in USA at the moment! Lucky you, having summer, I find it a bit difficult to imagine, as it is so dark here. 🙂

Wait, wait – I came over here to find some nice warm red, maybe a little snack . . . and you guys are talking about the weather??? The terrible horrible no good very bad weather???? Oh well. Happy New Year anyway.

I know, these little hails shouldn´t call themself “snow” compared to the weather you are facing at the moment, and the red shouldn´t have called itself red, when it doesn´t lead to warmth, but counting it all together, it worked, – you came to visit me. There isn´t much red here at the moment, but I will find the little there is, just for you. Happy and warm New Year to you Gerry.
