Wow! You made the most of the sunshine! It strikes me that color and texture are hallmarks of your work, even when it’s raining.

That is very true, Gerry. My wordbook tells me to write that you “hit the bull´s eye”,- I am a little suspicious about that, but anyway, your description is very good, and I have used it in a new textline at the top of this blog. Thank you!

I agree, the spring green is so very green. This is one of the hazel bushes we have. The squirrel have plantet a lot, because it forget to collect some of what it have saved. o you have Hazels?

    Really beautiful color.

Hi Tammy. Perhaps you love colors too? I can´t get enough of strong colors, but I also enjoy the soft tones that are in the nature. Both have their right time. After a long time with gray sky, the colors seem stronger when the sun comes. We have just had some sunny days, but the weather will change now! Thank you for commenting.

Beautiful colours, and what a lush-looking green!

I’m intrigued – what red surface did you photograph in the middle picture, Birgitte? Is it a wall?

    • giiid on

No, it is a red fleece blanket, the sun was shining through the blinds – and some trees, thats what made the stribes. A perfect focus was not possible because it was windy outside, and the light moving all the time. A photo can´t catch that sentiment, but I got a colorfull picture wich could be many things. Thank you for asking it is a challange trying to describe it. – In english!

Light and reflections are also a favourite theme and choice in my pictures. Yours here are just amazing and you captured some beautiful details, these fleeting sunrays that highlight unsuspected places in our environment. Bravo giiid !
