“All Prayers” Day

hveder  voldene

Today is All prayers day in Danish called STORE BEDEDAG.  All shops are closed, and we are supposed to eat “VARME HVEDER” ( warm wheat-bread) and walk on the city ramparts,- if we want to keep the tradition alive.

Nice ramparts. I could walk on ramparts like those. And have a picnic with fresh-baked bread. Oh, yes.
